I have yet ANOTHER blog available for your love and time-wasting enjoyment. It's called "Off the Wheaten Path" and is solely devoted to gluten-free food. I have recipes, product suggestions, and links to sites that have not only information on celiac's disease and a gluten-free diet, but great recipes to try on your own.
